What this repository is
bryanunitek/UniCORE.HAProxy is the HAProxy family member: On-prem-deployment-shape public gift surface. Documentation today; source-code additions layered on the unicore branch as the work matures.
Family purpose: Open-source TCP/HTTP load balancer + reverse proxy — high-availability edge balancing and failover for UniCORE.GVB services.

- Upstream licence: GPL-2.0 (core), with LGPL-2.1 for the exportable include files (HAProxy's documented dual position).
- Our relationship: Fork-and-extend. Upstream codebase is consumed verbatim under its original licence; our additions sit on top under CC BY 4.0.
